The Young Entrepreneurs Market

The Young Entrepreneurs Market, hosted by The DF Effect, gives students entering grades 1–8 the opportunity to create, launch, and run their very own business. Participants will attend a hands-on Business Camp where they’ll learn the fundamentals of entrepreneurship, then put those skills into action by setting up their own booth to sell products like lemonade, baked goods, crafts, artwork, jewelry, plants, and more. After the morning workshop, young entrepreneurs will have the chance to market and sell their products to adults, families, and local business leaders from across the community. It’s a fun, real-world experience designed to build confidence, creativity, and valuable business skills that can last a lifetime. The Morning Workshop will be from 9am - 11am and then the

Market opens for selling from 1pm - 5pm.

All kids are responsible for bringing their own product to sell,
